I am selling clothing can you set the cart up to do not only different sizes but also colours?

ezimerchant Pro has a feature called 'Custom Fields' which will allow you to give your customer some options.

These could be used for size, colour, style etc etc - You can have as many 'custom fields' as you want for any given product.
