Ezimerchant Freezing Up On Me!

Hi I've just loaded V4.0, but when I open up ezimerchant pro, it freezes. I can't click on anything and I cannot close it with shutting down and re-starting. Am I suppose to have V4.0 in a folder? I've just got it in the ezimerchant file, but not a folder. Any suggestions on what I should do? Thanks:(

Tash, you need to install the V4.0 upgrade just like any other ezimerchant update. It will search for your installation and update it to the latest version.

Hi, yes I have installed it, but I still have trouble closing ezimerchant V4.0 - it becomes non-responsive. It has also done this on occasion when I open it so I can't work on my website. But it just won't close at all, I can't click anything when I move my mouse. I can only end the program if I use alt,control, delete. Could it be a problem with my computer? Everything works fine, except V4.0! Am I able to do something like uninstall, and start again?
