I have had so many orders over the past weeks that have put the wrong state in the form field. i have had orders from QLD and W.A that have put NSW as the state. Is it just me that is getting lazy customers that cant fill in a form correctly? or is it an issue that other ezimerchant members are also experiencing therefore speaking that mabee the form needs to be set out a little different to combat this situation (if there is one and it is not just me)? would love to know other merchants thaughts on this.
