Just thinking about what else would be handy....
For me and probably for those of you like me that use a courier for delivey,
Some times i get the problem that the customer is not home and the courier cant get in contact with them as they have not given a suitable telephone number that they can be contacted on during business hours.
I think the addition of a field on the checkout page as mobile telephone number (as an optional) that the customer can fill in would be handy if and when the customers use the field. I know if the customers actually filled this in it would make some of my couriers lives a lot easier than trying to make multiple deliveries (also delaying the customers order)
and also the addtion of an option in the customer relationship management category where you can block a certain ip address from using the checkout for future purchases (if at all this is possible and not too technically difficult) would also benefit those of us who from time to time get those people that annoy us with continious fraudulant orders.... and get to many orders to keep track of who is a problem.
