Just as a note.

I had to use the support the other day, 1st via messenger then direct phone.
The support was 1st rate and David went way further then he needed to, he not only resolved my issue but rectified some other issues I had and was not even aware of.

Thanks David, it not only gives me great faith in Ezimerchant but cements my postion on using this software !

I'll second that - I'm not great at web design, I just learn as I go along. I rang with a question a few days ago about getting our bulk emails set up and running, and the help I got was quick, easy for me to understand, and I wasn't made to feel that mine were silly questions!

Ezimerchant was the best business decision I ever made. Both the software & the support are first rate.
