I have been using V4. for a while now.. & generally finding it excellent...
Recently I have added to the Check Out page the PayPal option and the account login option. Since then it has caused confusion with some of my customers. Here is recent query I had....

"I have just spent an hour looking through your wonderful site and decided to place an order with you. When i have gone to the checkout I was fronted with the only option of joining PayPal. I was wondering if there is another way of paying as I dont want to join PayPal. Thank you for your time and I wait for your reply".

After looking at the Check Out page I can see where the confusion is coming from. At the top of the page we have the PayPal Heading and PayPal button then a small Or... followed with the Account Login / New Account section. Obviously the customers linking these account details to the PayPal section.
Maybe we should have some wording like ... If a PayPal Cutomer click here Otherwise..... At least I think the " Or... " should be larger.
What do you think?

I have looked at the checkout page on your site - The first stage of the checkout gives the user three options.

1. Checkout with PayPal
2. Create an account or login with an existing account.
3. Continue by entering their details.

Perhaps some of our other members can suggest changes to this first page of the checkout to help steam line it for novice users.

Keep in mind however that this fist page of the checkout changes depending on a merchants settings.

For example, a merchant might have paypal on, but not the login feature OR they might have the login feature only enabled etc - So choosing wording to suit all situations is quite challenging.
